Our methodology, called the Innovative Management Framework TM, which includes the integration of lean six sigma (LSS), reengineering (BPR), process management (BPM), enterprise performance management (ePM), and customer relationship management (CRM), guides an organization through transformation of its cross-functional core processes, culture, and technologies, all with a focus on measuring the “Customer Experience”, enabling it to produce significant gains in performance in a much shorter time than ever before. Our certification programs in LSS and BPR are recognized worldwide as one of the industry’s most innovative and comprehensive programs available.
