The intent of the Lean Six Sigma Support Curriculum is to provide in-depth, focused training and development in several of the support tools that are used during a process improvement project.  Not everyone needs to be a "Certification Graduate" to become active, valuable team members. Our seasoned corporate trainers are process improvement experts who use a myriad of learning techniques and tools, such as guided discussions, case studies, individual exercises, quizzes, and outside readings, forums, and chat sessions to truly connect with the student.  The following is a list of our Lean Six Sigma Support courses:
