Center. Here you will find many of our very popular training
courses available to you in a live, interactive, online learning
environment. Why should you consider a Mountain Home Live!Online training
class? It's our Approach!
Innovative Approach. The Live!Online format
is a unique blending of the convenience of the internet
and the interaction of a live instructor. This format allows
the student to ask questions, participate in "live", interactive
individual and group exercises and case studies, all while
never leaving their desk! In addition to our instructors actively
engaged
during the online sessions, they will also be available after
the sessions for further individual or group assistance. As
as added benefit, all of our online students will have access
to Mountain Home's Learning Resource Center where they will find
white papers, recommended reading lists, presentations, short
videos lessons, and other resources that will enhance their
learning
experience.
Flexible
Approach. Because
the classes are delivered online they will also be recorded and
made
available
to registered students for review. If a student had to miss
a session during the series, they can also go back and view
the actual lesson in which their classmates participated!
Time
Saving Approach! Mountain
Home's new
Live!Online format
reduces the time the student is away from their job, as well
as eliminating the need for travel, saving both scarce budget
dollars and time. Even though the time in the classroom has
been reduced, the intensity and quality of instruction is
the same
as what you have come to expect from Mountain Home.

prices for
Live!Online classes
are up to 30% lower than attending a traditional Mountain
Home public offering (open enrollment) class. Our prices
are also very competitive when compared to other online learning

Home is excited to now offer both the internationally recognized MHi
BPR Certification Series and our newly
available MHi Lean Six Sigma Certification
Series online!
The Mountain
Home Institute for Innovative Management (MHi) BPR Certification
Program is an industry-leading training
program whereby individuals can become certified as BPR
Practitioners. The training series will be delivered
through a newly designed, online format consisting of nineteen
(19) 3-hour sessions scheduled over a 8 - 12 week period
of time (normally a Tuesday & Thursday or Monday, Wednesday,
& Friday schedule).
The MHi
Lean Six Sigma Certification Program is our newest addition
to the training curriculum that brings together our extensive
background in Business
Process Improvement, Industrial Engineering, and Quality
Management to create a truly unique online training experience.
The MHi Lean Six Sigma Green
Belt Certification program is delivered
through a series of ten (10) live 4-hour sessions scheduled
over two weeks (Monday through Friday) which are normally
separated by two to four weeks. The MHi
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification program is delivered
through a series of twenty (20) live 4-hour sessions
scheduled over
four weeks (Monday through Friday) with each weekly class
modules normally separated by two to four weeks. Please
