This three-day interactive workshop is designed to facilitate the building of a Knowledge-Centric Strategic Plan for an organization or business unit. Many hours of commitment from individuals within an organization are required to build a comprehensive Strategic Plan. This workshop gets you started by helping you analyze your mission, the environment that impacts your organization, and the future. The workshop also aids the organization in developing the framework for an enterprise-wide performance management system that is defined from a Knowledge-Centric perspective. The workshop is designed for a group of individuals responsible for managing, facilitating, or participating in the development of a knowledge management plan for their organization or business unit. |
