The Group Facilitation Skills for BPR/FA Teams course is designed to enable students to successfully facilitate various workshops associated with a BPR/FA effort, or any workshop environment. A participant in this course will benefit greatly through:

- What a facilitator is and is not.
- Traits and techniques for facilitators.
- Planning, preparing for, and conducting a session.
- The use, strengths, and weaknesses of basic facilitation techniques.
- Effective session design.
- Basic team building concepts and individual style preferences and consider their implications in the BPR effort.
- For BPR students, integration of all of the various phases of the Innovative Management FrameworkTM (IMF) methodology. The IMF was created from the Framework for Managing Process Improvement methodology, originally developed by DoD (which forms the foundation for the entire BPR Certification Program training series) into a single capstone exercise.
